Joel Tousignant-Barnes

Joel is a data science professional with over 7 years of experience in the field. As a Director of Data Science in RBC's Enterprise Data and Analytics department, he leads a machine learning product team that turns data into actionable insights. He has extensive experience leading the implementation of end-to-end data science solutions, from problem discovery to model development, deployment, and operationalization.
