Through her years of experience, she ensures that the data is ingested, digested, stored appropriately, and presented to leadership and key stakeholders, enabling actionable intelligence and reporting to drive efficiency and improve data literacy and storytelling. Reduced staff workload via process automation, reduced waste and leveraging end-user feedback to enhance end-product adoption. She is also an instructor at the University of Calgary in the business intelligence certification.
