As the largest bank in Canada, RBC is building a digitally-enabled relationship bank. RBC business operations currently generate more than 1 billion interactions per day, providing a unique opportunity to help inform client relationships and make data-driven decisions.
In this talk, we will give an overview of how RBC is using data and AI to help create the bank of the future. We will describe how we have created a platform to capture and stream data in real-time, providing a centralized view of events related to our business, clients, and communities. We will give examples of how we have used data to enable timely insights and continuous intelligence using analytics and machine learning.
